SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping fees to contiguous states in the US are based on order items:

  • 1 Item: $5.69

  • 2 Items: $6.79

  • 3 Items: $13.50

  • 4 Items: $14.15

  • 5 Items: $14.98

  • 6 Items: $15.25

  • 7 Items: $16.50

• Free shipping to all contiguous states in the US if you buy 8 or more teas.

• Order fulfillment takes 5-8 business days, from order to delivery (including handling time + delivery).

• Handling time is currently 1-2 business days but may possibly be longer if an item is temporarily out of stock. If you haven’t received any order updates in 5 business days, please reach out to us for an update.

• Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you updates via email. As soon as your package has been accepted by the carrier and is on its way, we’ll also email you tracking information.

• All domestic orders are currently shipped using USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

RETURN POLICY

• We have a 30-day no questions asked return policy that begins the day your package arrives.

• If you would like to return a package, please contact info@ochreleaf.com. Once we receive your returned item, we will refund or replace the item (whichever you choose) within 10 days.
